H is for Hermoine Granger

This girl needs no introduction. With her quick wit, deft recall, and endless knowledge, this girl is a welcome player on any aspiring wizard's team. Who says Muggle-borns can't kick butt--not me. :) A perfect strong female character for everyone's favorite Dark Lord-fighting trio.

"I hope you're pleased with yourselves. We could all have been killed--or worse, expelled."

Do you like Hermoine? Who are your favorite H characters?

A strong girl who knows her own mind and is not afraid to go out there and kick butt! Go Hermoine!

Has anyone else noticed how many 'H' words are associated with Harry Potter?

Harry Potter? Anyway, Hermione is fictional great in her own right.

Not much of an HP fan (don't hate me) but I do love that quote! I've seen it a few times.

Ha! I used that quote during Alex's recent Movie Blogfest. :) Love it, and love Hermione! :)

Seriously one of the best female characters ever. I can't love this theme enough :)

Hermoine (although her name tripped me up before the movies came out) is a great HP character. I still wish I had her time turning necklace. (Although I doubt I'd use it for something as responsible as taking more classes. (I'd probably sneak in naps ;-) )

My fav. H character comes is Harry Crew from The Blue Sword-she's one kick butt, save the world kind of a girl.

Aw, great picture. She was so cute, back in the day. Now she's all grown up. Sigh. Feeling a bit old today.

But seriously, WHO doesn't love her? She's the best :)

Hermione is awesome--much better than Ron! Not that Ron isn't a fun character too, but she's much more steadfast.

Yay! Hermione!

It was cool to see her character - and the actress - grow over time.

I love that line! Its the perfect representation of her :)

I liked how this character grew. At first she totally bugged, and I was like, "shut up, little know-it-all", but later I was like, "I so want to be you."

I love Hermione and how she changes through-out the book series. She's this no-fun-book-nerd and in the end, she is fighting evil with her love by her side. She's such a strong female character. :)

Love her! And I just re-read Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone last week (after more than a decade)! Love that quote and love that they all became great friends eventually!
