S is for SILENT ALL THESE YEARS by Tori Amos. If I was stranded on an island and could only bring one music album with me, it would be Tori Amos's LITTLE EARTHQUAKES. This song, in particular, pretty much changed my life as a teenager. Her lyrics (though at many times too dark for my tastes) are pure poetry and I love the raw emotion of her music.
Sometimes I hear my voice, and it's been here silent all these years.

My sister listened to this all the time. What a trip back to the 90's this is! :)
Oh yeah, I always got into listening to Tori Amos. I had to be in a reflective mood though. That's just the kind of lyrics she has, so deep.
I'm familiar with some songs by Tori Amos, but I don't know this one. I feel like I've been missing out! I love how the piano. It has an eerie feel to it, and her lyrics are perfect. :)
She certainly very popular and has a lot of albums. You might just have to take your iPod instead.
